What AgentsOX Mail is
AgentsOX Mail is an application built by AgentsOX that connects to your Google account, with your explicit permission, to help you work through your inbox faster. After you sign in with Google and grant access, AgentsOX Mail can read your messages, draft and send replies on your behalf, create drafts for you to review, and organize mail using labels and read/unread state. AI is used to help draft and summarize messages, but you stay in control of what is sent.
We host and run it for you. Connect your business Gmail and it works out of the box, or we build a custom flow on top of the tools you already use. AgentsOX Mail is operated by AgentsOX (Nadav Oxenberg), based in Israel.
What it does
- Read and view email. Display your messages and threads so the application can work with them.
- Reply. Generate and send replies on your behalf when you ask it to.
- Draft. Create and update drafts for you to review before sending.
- Organize. Apply labels and change read/unread status to help keep your mailbox in order.
- AI assistance. Summarize messages and suggest replies, with human review before anything is sent.
Why it needs access to your inbox
To help with your email, AgentsOX Mail needs your permission to work inside your inbox - to open and read your messages, write and send replies, save drafts for you to look over, and tidy things up with labels and read or unread marks. These are the same things you would do by hand; the app just does them for you. It cannot permanently delete your emails.
You give this permission yourself when you sign in with Google, on Google’s own screen, and nothing happens until you say yes. You can turn the access off at any time from your Google account settings.
How your data is handled
- We use your Gmail data only to provide the features you request.
- We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
- We do not use your Gmail data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
- Access tokens are stored encrypted and used only to perform your requested actions.
