What needed to change

Every month, four Excel exports from the accounting software had to be manually reviewed and merged into one report. It was taking long enough that they were starting to think about hiring someone just to handle it.

How we approached it

We sat down and mapped out exactly how it was being done each month - which files, which formats, where mistakes were creeping in. The goal was to make it a one-click job. No uploads, no accounts, no training needed.
