- Messages: Content you send to us via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email, including text, images, and attachments.
- Contact information: Your phone number, name, and email address as provided by the messaging platform or by you directly.
- Usage data: Timestamps, message delivery status, and interaction logs necessary for service operation.
- Website data: Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We do not use cookies for tracking.

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate our automated business services (scheduling, booking, communication management).
- Respond to your messages, requests, and inquiries.
- Improve our services, diagnose issues, and maintain security.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Automated Processing & AI Disclosure
Our services use artificial intelligence (AI) and large language models (LLMs) to process your messages and generate responses. This means:
- Your message content is sent to AI service providers (via OpenRouter) for processing.
- We do not share your name, phone number, or other personal identifiers with AI providers — only the message content necessary to generate a response.
- AI-generated responses are automated. A human operator may review conversations for quality and safety purposes.
5. WhatsApp Messaging
If you communicate with us via WhatsApp:
- We use the official WhatsApp Cloud API provided by Meta to send and receive messages.
- By sending us a message on WhatsApp, you consent to receiving automated replies from our business.
- You can opt out at any time by sending "STOP" or by blocking our number. We will cease messaging you promptly.
- Information obtained from WhatsApp about you is used only to support our messaging conversation with you, as required by WhatsApp Business Policy.
- Messages are encrypted in transit using the Signal protocol as provided by WhatsApp.

- Message data and interaction logs are retained for up to 90 days for service operation and debugging.
- After 90 days, message content is deleted. Basic contact records may be retained longer for service continuity.
- You may request immediate deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
- Encrypted connections (TLS/SSL) for all data in transit.
- Access controls and authentication on all systems.
- Secure, hardened server infrastructure with regular security updates.
- Encrypted backups stored in isolated, off-site storage.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
